"Warranty process dragged on"
My issue did end up getting resolved, so I’ll give them that, but the warranty process took way longer than I expected. I also didn’t get many updates unless I reached out, which got frustrating. A couple of times, the responses made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of just helped. In the end it was fixed, but the whole experience could’ve been a lot smoother.

"The leather just doesn’t feel great"
I was a bit disappointed with the leather on this. I was expecting it to feel a little more sturdy and substantial, but it comes across as thin and kind of cheap to the touch. It’s not that it’s completely unusable or anything, but when you handle it, it just doesn’t have that nice quality feel you’d usually hope for with leather. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should’ve been, but I personally wasn’t too happy with it.

I was ready to buy and had a few items picked out, especially since I’m careful about staying within my budget, but everything I actually liked ended up being out of stock. Kind of frustrating because the prices on some items seemed reasonable, but there wasn’t much point if I couldn’t order them.

"Really happy with the packaging"
I was really pleased with how my order from ochnik.com arrived. The box was sturdy and clean, and everything inside was in perfect shape with no bends or damage. The item was wrapped neatly too, not excessive, just secure and well done. It’s a small detail, but it made the whole experience feel more cared for

"Nice jacket, but the sizing stressed me out"
I really wanted to like this jacket because it looks nice, but the sizing was a bit off for me. The sleeves ran shorter than I expected, and the overall fit felt tighter than it should have. I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with the hassle of figuring out exchanges or sizing up, so that was a little stressful.

"Discount code was literally pointless"
I saw a promo on ochnik.com and thought I was getting a decent deal, but once I got to checkout, the discount literally didn’t work on half the items in my cart. It was really unclear what was included and what wasn’t. Kinda feels like they put up those big sale signs just to pull you in. Total waste of time, and I’m not ordering again.

"Website is Fine but kinda Clunky"
The website works okay overall, but browsing around felt a little Slow at times. Some of the filters weren’t super clear, so I ended up clicking back a few times trying to find what I needed. Checkout was Fine though, no big issues there. It’s not a terrible site or anything, just feels like it could be a bit Easier to use.

"Delivery was a bit inconsistent, but not terrible"
To be fair, the delivery experience wasn’t all bad. One order did show up late, which was frustrating, but the tracking was mostly accurate and easy enough to follow. I wouldn’t call it perfect, but I also don’t think it was a total miss.

"Delivery was super quick"
Ordered from Ochnik and I wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast.. got the shipping info quickly and the package arrived earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed fine too, no issues at all. Just a really smooth order and fast delivery, would definitely order again

"Return process was a huge hassle"
I tried to return an item it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I’m still waiting for my refund. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for all the time and hassle this took. I definitely wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I bought a jacket from Ochnik and I’m a bit disappointed. It looked nice enough online, but once I got it, the quality felt average. For the price, I was expecting something much better. I kept wondering if I’d just fallen for the photos and branding, which is exactly what I was afraid of. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Refund took much longer than expected"
I ordered from ochnik.com and ended up sending the item back the next day because the sizing was off. The return part was actually straightforward... no real issue there. But then the refund just took forever. I had to contact them more than once, and the replies were slow and kind of vague, which made it more frustrating. I did get my money back in the end, but honestly... it was way more hassle than it needed to be.

The styles just feel really outdated to me. The whole look gives off an old, kind of boring vibe, and it doesn’t feel fresh or modern at all

I bought a leather jacket from ochnik.com and yeah, I’m impressed. The leather feels soft but still sturdy, the stitching is clean, and the zipper runs smoothly. It definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel, which I was a bit worried about at first...
I’ve worn it a few times now and it still holds its shape really well. The sizing was what I expected too, so no issues there. Not much else to say, really. I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.
